We have been a tenant here for several months, and this place is a great place to stay. Staff is great, and easy to get along with. Come join us for a great stay, but leave the drama behind. Me, my wife and dogs live here in room 109
Very nice people that runs the place. Me and my wife and our fur babies has been here for 6 months. It's quite for the most part. Nobody bothers you. The place is close to any thing you need. But if you are planning on staying here please leave the drama else where.
If you want great service, friendly staff and a good location, this is the place for you. The front desk, always ready to please you and is dog friendly. Very highly recommended.
The owner had been extremely helpful with me. His prices are fair, and the rooms are far above what one would expect at the price point. There is no pool, and although I am sure that there are in other rooms, mine has no refrigerator or microwave. This is a minor convenience at best. There are a lot of full time residents here, but I have yet to have any poor interactions with any of them. If you need an extended stay, and don't want to pay $500 or more a week, then this is the place for you. I highly recommend it over The Days Inn across the highway.

Great location in both directions. Grocery stores right down the road, restaurants within walking distance. Very close to some of the city transportation bus stops. Very affordable prices and kind and understanding and caring management team. And it's quiet at night for the most part most definitely. Very clean area it looks like they are doing some upgrading which is much needed. I can never thank the owner and management team of this property enough for how much they have worked with myself and my ex whenever I stayed here last year for a few months. That manager especially totally cool understanding Down to Earth Fair man.
Conveniently located and the service is absolutely amazing.. The employees are outgoing and served me and my family with a smile and made sure everything I needed when I asked for it was taken care of..and Don’t let me forget to add ever so helpful when I needed it most.! Thank You
This motel has been a wonderful benefit to my life. The rates for long term stays makes this place affordable. The location is convenient and located close to many business. I would highly recommend anybody in the Bentonvile Rogers area needing a place to stay for the night, for the week, or even by the month. Hardik is a wonderful manager and person. He brings humor, compassion, relatability and intelligent conversation with every transaction. He is such a compassionate, reasonable and kind man. I experienced A+ service at the Ecolodge!
